How much do 30-second TV commercials cost during Super Bowl?

The cost of a 30-second advertisement on NBC’s broadcast of Super Bowl LII was more than $5 million, according to Sports Illustrated.

“An NBC Sports ad exec said today that the network will average more than $5 million for a 30-second spot for the Super Bowl,” the magazine’s Richard Deitsch tweeted before the game.

Cost for a 30-second commercial during Super Bowl I for either CBS or NBC (both televised the game that season) was set at $42,000.
